RECOMMENDATION(S)
recommendation
1 That Council move in camera to discuss a Land Matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 (disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and Section 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act;
2. That the Confidential Administrative Report and details of the in camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to Section 153(e) of the Municipal Government Act.
