PURPOSE OF REPORT

 

This report brings to Council a recommendation arising from the March 9, 2020 Community Living Standing Committee meeting that Bylaw 09/2020 be passed, with revisions as requested by the Committee set out on the attached redline version of Bylaw 09/2020.
