1. That Bylaw 18/2021, being amendment 193 to the Land Use Bylaw 9/2005, be read a first time.
2. That a Public Hearing for Bylaw 18/2021 be scheduled on May 31, 2021

PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to rescind Bylaw 18/2021 in order to bring a new bylaw forward that proposes amendments to the Land Use Bylaw intended to reflect current Land Use District regulations and to ensure consistency between figures related to the Downtown.

At the May 3, 2021 Regular Council meeting, Council provided first reading to Bylaw 18/2021 and scheduled the Public Hearing date of May 31, 2021.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Bylaw 18/2021 is being rescinded as further changes to the proposed bylaw are required to ensure consistency between all sections of the Land Use Bylaw. Administration expects to bring the new bylaw forward at the May 31, 2021 meeting.
