PURPOSE OF REPORT
As part of the 2021-2023 Municipal Budget Process, on November 16, 2020 Council approved amendment 99 to Master Rates Bylaw 1/82. Unfortunately, there were omissions within the amending bylaw as presented, located within Schedule G (Planning), and Schedule T (Electrical). Administration is seeking Council’s approval of these additional amendments to Master Rates Bylaw 1/82.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The fees within the proposed amendment to the Master Rates Bylaw are intended to 1) capture the additional effort required to process 3rd party/extraterritorial Area Structure Plan applications, and 2) clarify the electrical fee structure for solar panel installation.

The proposed amendments to Schedule G (Planning) fees are intended to capture the additional costs associated with reviewing and processing 3rd party or extraterritorial Area Structure Plan applications.
