RECOMMENDED MOTION
recommendation
1. That funding in the amount of up to $3 million, from the Capital Reserve, be provided by the City in support of St. Albert Soccer Association’s (SASA) training facility and outdoor artificial turf project, subject to SASA entering into a grant funding agreement with the City on the condition of SASA securing a fixed price contract for the project and entering into typical Community Led Capital Project terms and conditions approved by the Chief Administrative Officer, and subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the grant funding agreement.
2. That the CAO be authorized to enter into a new lease or lease renewal agreement with SASA for a term of up to 35 years, to incorporate the project, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the CAO.
