SUMMARY
On September 15, 2026, City Council moved: “That the public hearing for Bylaw 21/2026 be adjourned to October 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. and that Administration prepare further information about provision of services, amenities, and infrastructure related to the growth of the TCC district for Council’s consideration upon resumption of the public hearing.”
At the time of preparing this report for publication deadline, Administration is still compiling the requested information, and will provide within the October 6, 2026 PowerPoint presentation when the public hearing reconvenes.
